Authors/Coaches, Mike and Rob meet primarily by Skype or Google Hangout video conference and/or phone. Our success has been the same whether in person, over the phone, or video over internet.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET STARTED? 

Generally, your first session will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks. However, if you have an important interview on the books, we will make every effort to fit you in before your interview.

DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONAL COACHING?

TopScore offers promotional coaching for Driver/Chauffeur positions as well as Lieutenant/Captain. We are currently working on a promotional edition of Firefighter Interview Workbook. Please get a hold of us if you have any questions regarding our coaching services.

 How important is it to purchase the companion workbook?We think it is very important, thus the reason why we developed it. Proper preparation and organization go hand in hand. This workbook will provide that and much more.

Our answer is certainly. For the people that properly prepare for their interview will always perform better. If you get a phone call from a fire department wanting to schedule you for an interview in a week, you will wish you had been preparing all along. For all the TopScore students that have gone on to score 100% on their interview will say that they had put in 40 to 50 hours of interview preparation. Our advice is to get coaching as soon as you can. If you are not happy with TopScore coaching we will give you your money back. It is that simple. For over 15 years and hundreds of coaching session we have yet to have any unsatisfied clients. Not saying we will please everyone, but it has not happened yet.
